Scope of work: Replacement of a deteriorated corrugated metal outfall pipe with a new ductile iron one.
The outfall, which includes a specially designed diffuser, extends 90' into the Genesee River and is anchored to the river bottom with concrete blocks. High water and fast currents necessitated setting the outfall from shore with a crane.
