The project included:
- Demolition of several hundred feet of deteriorated fixed piers,
- Dredging of 5,000 CY of material from the marina basin, taking it to a depth of -6 feet MLW,
- 926 LF of floating concrete wave attenuator with 12 floating fingers,
- 4,300 SF of floating docks,
- 570 LF of timber boardwalk,
- 165 LF of vinyl bulkhead,
- Two 30' long gangways,
- Tie piles, and
- All new utilities: electric, water, and sewage pump out.
