CAMBRIDGE MARINA EXPANSION/RECONSTRUCTION

Cambride Marina Expansion/Reconstruction

Scope of work: Reconstruct and expand the number of boat slips (for both the Yacht Club and Municipal Yacht Basin) from 234 to 410, enable the marina to handle longer and wider boats, improve entrance navigation, and add fuel dock and pump-out station.

The marina expansion/reconstruction included:

  • 680 LF of 10' wide timber dock
  • 1,950 LF of 8' wide timber dock
  • 734 LF of 6' wide timber dock
  • 24' x 60' timber fuel dock
  • 365 LF of timber breakwater with integral 8' wide dock
  • 1,680 LF of 20' wide concrete floating breakwater
  • 365 LF of vinyl bulkhead
  • assorted demolition and full utilities, including a fuel system
  • dredge 5,800 CY
